Plan Guidelines
- Annual Payment Only: Prices shown reflect a monthly breakdown for reference. Full annual payment is required at sign-up. No month-to-month billing available.
- Auto-Renewal: Plans will automatically renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Suggested Dental Evaluation: A consultation with a dentist is recommended at each renewal date to ensure proper fit and support ongoing oral health. Patients are also encouraged to seek care sooner if they experience any changes in comfort, fit, or function.
- No Carryover or Advance Use: Each plan includes one free replacement per year. Unused replacements do not roll over, and future replacements cannot be used in advance.
Annual Denture Replacement
Subscribe at the time of your order and you’ll receive two dentures right away—your original plus your first free yearly duplicate. It’s our way of giving you peace of mind from day one.
Non-Subscriber Pricing
Single Replacement (no subscription): $349 per denture + shipping
Late Enrollment Policy
To receive full plan benefits, we recommend enrolling at the time of your original denture delivery. Patients subscribing after this point may not be eligible for immediate replacement benefits.
